Kickboxing with EMS: How Christoph works out
Christoph has been a personal trainer since 2011. He has a master’s degree in sports medicine education and clinical exercise physiology – and among others, he is qualified as a boxing, heart sports and nutrition trainer. His motivation for training is: “You never know where your limit is if you haven’t even reached it.” So Christoph knows very well how to make other people sweat. He has already gained positive experiences with the ANTELOPE.SUIT. “Training with the EMS suit has further developed me muscularly and mentally”, Christoph reports. “I already reach my performance limit after a short interval training, even if I sometimes have little motivation. In the end, the suit carries me to the finish.”

Kickboxing exercises for beginners: Fitness videos with EMS workout via YouTube
In the next 6 weeks you will be facing a challenge. Our YouTube course “Strong with Christoph” is specially created for training with the Antelope EMS suit. Here’s how the it works:
- Every week we’ll share a new video with you, for a total of 6 weeks.
- Within seven days you should train twice with each of these videos.
- The course starts out less intense and then gets more difficult each week. It is meant to make you increase slowly.
- Your EMS workout lasts only ten to twenty minutes. But the exercises are tough. EMS training may be short, but it’s just as strenuous as a challenging workout in the gym. Thanks to the efficient electrostimulation of your ANTELOPE.SUIT, you save a lot of time.

This is what awaits you in the "Strong with Christoph" course:
You start slowly with EMS training: Within ten minutes, you complete the workout in two rounds. Together, we work on your balance.

This week we increase the workout to 15 minutes. You’ll perform 6 exercises twice that are commonly practiced in kickboxing.

In two rounds you train your whole body with kick and punch executions. Thus, you improve your ability to self-defense and build up strength.

You’re halfway through – now you can for sure do 20 minutes of training! This week you train your torso with the help of kickboxing executions.

This week we will make you sweat again! In 20 minutes, you perform 4 exercises that are repeated four times. You train with burpees and a boxing exercise while you do something for your condition

You’ve almost made it: Just two more workouts left! It will be really exhausting once again. You’ll perform 4 exercises four times. This week’s focus is on improving your kickboxing skills and fitness. Give everything in the final spurt!
